What would the dimensions be for this toddler toy?

For an engineering class project a had to choose a toddler toy and construct it on the Autodesk Inventor computer program. The toy that I chose is a rideable wooden turtle. I can’t figure out what the dimensions of the toy would be other than being about 3 feet long to be rideable. If somebody could please help me out that would be great. Take the 3 feet number and guess at the others from the photo.

Or find one in a store and make measurements.
